The US House of Representatives approved sweeping legislation that would impose tariffs of up to 100% on countries that buy Russian oil and gas.

My understanding is that it now goes to Trump to sign. Will he do the right thing? I don’t think so. I hope I am wrong.

Trump never appears to do anything to upset his pal Putin so this is going to be a very telling moment. We will soon see.
